These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Still Human Company in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What this website is

This website gives information about coaching and lets you get in touch. It is not a booking contract. Any coaching arrangement will be agreed separately, in writing, before it begins.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is a forward-looking working relationship about goals, work and life transitions. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice or a diagnosis, and it does not replace any of them. Nothing on this website is professional advice about your health, legal or financial situation.

Not an emergency service

Still Human Co. is not an emergency or crisis service and cannot respond to messages in real time. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide or are in distress, call or text 9-8-8, the Suicide Crisis Helpline, free and available any time across Canada.

Who it is for

You must be 18 or older to use the contact forms. Student coaching is offered to students in their final year of college.

No guarantees

Coaching can help many people move forward, but results depend on many things, including you. We do not promise any particular outcome, such as a job, a promotion or a business result. Information on this site is general and may change.

Your messages

When you send us a message, you confirm that the details are yours and accurate. Please keep it brief and do not include sensitive health details. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, collect others' information, or send spam or unlawful content through the forms.

Our content

The text, design and logo on this website belong to Still Human Company or are used with permission. You may share a link to a page, but please do not copy or republish our content without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to services we do not run, such as booking tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the information here accurate, but the website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Still Human Company is not liable for losses that result from using the website. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law that cannot be waived.
